Job description

The tactical procurement team you will be part of as a tactical buyer consists of 5 colleagues, and falls under the supply chain team with a total spend of around 70 million euros. As tactical buyer, in addition to external contacts with customers and suppliers, you will have frequent contact with internal stakeholders such as the operational procurement team, that provides support, and with the product managers. The emphasis in this position is on: category buying, performing data analysis and contract management.

• Preparation of procurement plans and KPIs for your categories
• Drawing up SLAs and corresponding contracts
• Tactical procurement of products and materials
• Contract negotiaties
• Supplier management
• Performing data analysis and identifying market trends

Required background

• At least a completed bachelor’s degree
•  A couple of years’ experience as a tactical buyer preferrable in a technical environment
• Extensive knowledge of contract management and SLA’s
• You are a driven negotiator with technical knowledge and strong numerical insight
•  Fluent in English and Dutch

• Gross annual salary between €55.000 - €65.000
