With a degree in Human Resource Management and over 12 years of recruitment experience, I can safely say that recruitment is my passion. Over the years, I have gained experience at several large corporate organisations and have gained knowledge on both the agency and the corporate recruitment side.
I gained my extensive knowledge of the supply chain & procurement market during the 8 years I was responsible for recruiting (interim) professionals in this segment. During these years, I worked very intensively with a wide range of clients varying from SMEs to multinationals in various industries.
In addition, I also worked as a freelancer myself, which puts me in an excellent position to understand this dynamic interim market.
My years of experience make me a solid sparring partner for management and board. I enjoy giving solicited and unsolicited advice in order to make a real contribution.

Als interim projectleider transport ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aandragen van verbeterprojecten, proces optimalisatie en het uitbrengen van advies binnen de transport afdeling.
Als interim transportplanner ben je zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren van nationaal transport, en het opstellen van de transportplanning. Je hebt veel contact met chauffeurs, en externe klanten en leveranciers
Als category buyer ben je verantwoordelijk voor strategisch leverancier management en het opmaken van lange termijn strategieplannen voor jouw toegewezen productgroep.
