Purpose of processing
By providing your data by applying for a vacancy or registering as a candidate, you consent to the processing of your data.
SIN. processes your personal data to best provide the services offered including: permanent recruitment, interim management and executive search. We collect, process and use your data for the following purposes:
- Being able to assess suitability in order to mediate you to a permanent job or a temporary project
- Assessing availability
- Process and handle payments
- Contact you by email or phone to offer you services
- Introduce you as a candidate to clients and suppliers of SIN.
- To enter into an employment relationship or an employment placement relationship with you as a candidate and implementing and complying with the associated laws and regulations as well as personnel administration.

Data of business customers and suppliers we process
SIN. processes the following data of customers and suppliers with whom we do business:

- Function

- Data to conclude and maintain a business agreement

- Business data on creditworthiness
Retention period
We do not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected.
Automated decision-making
SIN. uses automated decision-making with regard to checking the creditworthiness of our customers. We may conduct a credit check before any work is carried out. If the result of this investigation is negative, we may choose to dissolve the agreement. We may also choose, in case of poor creditworthiness, to carry out work in stages, in which case payment in advance may be a condition.
Sharing personal data with third parties
We only share your personal data with clients and suppliers where we introduce you as a candidate to recruit you to a permanent job or temporary project. These clients and suppliers only have access to the data they need arising from contractual obligations.
SIN. does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Vacancies
All vacanciesS&OP planner
Als S&OP (sales en operations) planner ligt de focus op het creëren van een optimaal en gedragen S&OP plan, het afstemmen van vraag en aanbod binnen de supply chain afdeling. Je draagt bij aan het opbouwen, onderhouden en uitvoeren van het demand plan van en je volgt nauwgezet de afzetontwikkelingen versus het demand plan.
Project inkoper - NPR facilitair
Als project inkoper ben je verantwoordelijkheid voor inkopen die variëren van een paar duizend tot miljoenen euro’s én je borgt daarbij dat alle inkopen binnen de geldende inkoopprocedures plaatsvinden.
Inkoop assistent
Als inkoop assistent ben je o.a. verantwoordelijk voor het up to date houden van de suppliers database in sharepoint, het bieden van ondersteuning aan de operationeel inkopers en overige administratieve werkzaamheden.
Operationeel inkoper
Als operationeel inkoper maak je onderdeel uit van het operationele inkoop team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het proces rondom: bestellen, bewaken, nazorg en evaluatie met leveranciers en klanten.
Senior douane declarant
Als senior douane declarant heb je een adviserende rol omtrent alle douane gerelateerde zaken, je bent intern eerste aanspreekpunt en extern voor de douane, leveranciers en overige relaties.
Tactisch inkoper
Als tactisch inkoper heb je naast externe contacten met klanten en leveranciers veelvoudig contact met interne stakeholders zoals het operationele inkoop dat support biedt en de productmanagers. De nadruk in deze functie ligt op: category buying, uitvoeren van data analyses en contractmanagement.
Supply chain manager
Als supply chain manager speel je een cruciale rol in het beheren en verbeteren van de voorraad- en logistieke processen. Je opereert op internationaal niveau en werkt nauw samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om advies te geven en implementaties te coördineren die de efficiëntie en kostenbeheersing verbeteren.
Customer service en logistiek manager
Als customer service & logistiek manager ben je samen met jouw team verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de gestelde doelen op het gebied van customer service en logistiek (warehousing). Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de general manager.
Customer service manager (3PL)
Als customer service manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor klanttevredenheid en klantenbehoud. Hiernaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van de dagelijkse dienstverlening aan internationale klanten.
